Refund & Cancellation Policy

Discovery Sessions are free. You may reschedule or cancel at any time before the session at no cost, simply let us know on WhatsApp or by phone.

• Before a program begins: Full refund if you cancel at least 5 days before the start date.
• Within the first week: Pro-rated refund for sessions not yet attended, minus any materials already dispatched.
• After the first week: Fees are generally non-refundable, though we will always try to accommodate genuine circumstances.

Kits can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original condition. Damaged or defective parts are replaced free of charge under our 7-day replacement guarantee. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Holiday camps and short workshops may have their own cancellation terms, which are communicated at the time of registration. Early-bird discounts are non-transferable.
