Backed by a Postgraduate degree in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering and over seven years of experience as a college educator, she has made a lasting impact on how children learn technology.
Driven by a deep passion for empowering young minds, she has introduced thousands of students to the exciting world of robotics, coding, and innovation through hands-on learning. So far, she has personally trained more than 20,000 students—nurturing their creativity, critical thinking, and future-ready skills for the 21st century.
As a Certified Trainer in the 6 Bricks LEGO methodology, an RMOC for Atal Tinkering Labs (ATL) under NITI Aayog Goa, and a mentor for global STEM programs like the First Tech Challenge (FTC) and the First LEGO League (FLL), she brings a rare combination of expertise and inspiration to every classroom she enters.
Through Asier Solutions, Miss Shirodkar leads a powerful shift in education—turning traditional learning into dynamic, tech-driven exploration. Her mission: to prepare a generation of young innovators, creators, and fearless problem-solvers.
